After completing her MBA at Auckland University in 2012, Janet launched Dymond McBain to fill a need in the market for a more professional approach to building and facilities management. The core belief is that with the right Management Team in place, the reputation, operating performance and value of buildings can be significantly enhanced.

The collaboration with Sean brings a unique blend of skills together.

In addition to our experience and expertise in Facilities Management and Business, we believe in building strong and long term relationships with owners, body corporates and suppliers. We value working together to enhance the reputation and operating performance of our buildings.

We work in partnership with those who complement our skill set and are professionals and specialists in their own right. This allows us to tailor make solutions for individual buildings as needed in a cost effective manner.
